My hands

Hell everyone, today was a good day other than the fact that my left hand would tighten up and wouldn't move, or hurt when I did.  It was very uncomfortable, but what can I do...I just let it run its course and sometimes when I would massage it but it would just get stuck all over again.  Anyway, enough complaining...lol.
